Renewing the Countryside
Our initial collaboration supported the Upper Midwest Farmland Summit, where we led media relations efforts to amplify conversations around land access, farm succession, and challenges facing both emerging and retiring farmers.

We deeply value the work of small-scale farmers and local producers whose efforts sustain both our communities and our food systems. That’s why we were honored to partner with Renewing the Countryside, an organization dedicated to building a more just, vibrant, and sustainable rural America.
Our initial collaboration supported the Upper Midwest Farmland Summit, where we led media relations efforts to amplify conversations around land access, farm succession, and challenges facing both emerging and retiring farmers. We secured targeted print and broadcast coverage and served as on-site media liaisons, connecting reporters with relevant speakers and stories.
Our strategic PR support for the client’s Farmland Access Hub helped spotlight creative solutions for emerging farmers seeking land and retiring farmers planning the next chapter of their operations across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. During the pandemic, we led a targeted media campaign to promote the client’s Farmers’ Market Hub as it pivoted to safe, online sales—anchored by a statewide public radio interview that broadened awareness and engagement.
More recently, we helped share the heartfelt story of a retiring farm family who donated their animals to another farm family through a land transition program—resulting in thoughtful feature coverage that highlighted the impact of community-driven farm succession.
